Packaging

We know how exciting it is to receive gifts, and to make this experience even more special all of our gifts are hand wrapped in luxury tissue paper, and  placed in either a beautiful wicker basket or elegant gift box tied  with a satin ribbon either can be used around the nursery for keeping little baby keepsakes. Our Luxury gifts are protected with shredded paper, which not only looks good and environmentally friendly but ensures your gift arrives in great condition.

Delivery

At the moment we only deliver to the UK mainland and aim to process all orders received by 2pm the same day.

All of our hampers and gifts are inclusive of delivery to UK mainland addresses, so the price on screen is the price you pay in total.

All our hampers are sent by the Royal Mail and will be delivered to you in 2 to 4 days (Mon to Fri). A signature will always be required which means your gift will not be left on a doorstep, ensuring peace of mind for you.

At times we may be waiting for stock to arrive, and your order may take up to a maximum of 5 working days to despatch. We will email you with the option to cancel under these circumstances.

 

Failed Deliveries

If you refuse the parcel when either our courier company or Royal Mail attempt to hand the parcel to you; or you do not make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered if a card is left and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will deduct a flat rate of £8.00 to cover our costs. Should you wish to have the parcel redelivered after it has been returned the goods will be dispatched only after we have received postage from you.

 If you have provided the wrong address information please contact us immediately and before your order is dispatched so we can rectify this for you.  Once your order has been processed and shipped we cannot be held responsible if the parcel fails to reach you.

We do not recommend that your gifts are delivered to a hospital, office or other third party location.  We will not accept liability for items that have been signed for but the recipient has not received.
