Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send the Gift directly to the new parents address?
Yes. When completing the order enter the recipients address in the delivery section and of course we won’t include an invoice.
How quickly will the order be delivered?
Place your order by 12 noon and your completed order will be despatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). And don’t forget all of our hampers and gifts are inclusive of delivery to UK mainland addresses, so the price on screen is the price you pay in total.
Does someone need to be in when the gift arrives?
Yes. All our hampers are sent by the Royal Mail registered post and will be delivered normally within 1 to 2 days (Mon to Fri). A signature will always be required which means your gift will not be left on a doorstep, ensuring peace of mind for you.
The new parent is still in hospital, can you deliver my gift there.
No. We do not recommend that your gifts are delivered to a hospital, office or third party location. We do not accept liability for items that have been signed for but the recipient has not received.
I’m not happy with the gift delivered.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. If you are unsatisfied with the gift please return it to us in an unused condition within seven days and we will give you a full refund.
I don’t have a credit card is there any other method I can use to pay for a gift.
Yes. You may pay by cheque, postal order or direct to our bank account. Simply email us your order and your chosen method of payment. Once we have received payment and it has cleared your gift will be despatched. If paying by cheque please allow additional time for it to clear.
How do I know my credit card details are safe?
All orders are taken using the Sage Pay which is PCI DSS compliant and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We do not even see your card details.
My gift has arrived but it has been damaged.
Occasionally during the postal process things can get damaged. If the damaged is not just to the outer packaging but the gift itself is damaged simply send it back to us and we will of course replace it. We recommend you send it back by Royal Mail registered post as we cannot be held liable if your gift should go missing in the post.
I ordered my gift 10 days ago where is it?
Your gift should reach its destination within 5 days, if it hasn’t been received by then we will need to investigate.
